I think you could write it down and then send it to yourself threw the mail and you would have it stamp and dated be sure not to open it and it should hold up in court check into it
look around and find people who have successful businesses and emulate them.
or, read Inc. magazine or business magazines in general.
also, go to the library and check out businesses in areas you have an affinity for.
Well, if I were to open a coffee shop I would offer donuts, danishes, bagels, and alcohol in the coffee. The counter seats should be the tip-free seats. The tables should contain coffee menus and be spacious enough for business meetings or students and their books.
I love coffee. I drink it more than I drink beer. So, you know I love it.
You should offer a variety of major brands, not just one. For instance, you should have Maxwell House as well as Folgers. You should also offer it to be purchased by the pitcher and have your own custom-made napkins. You should also have custom-designed to-go cups.
Most importantly, you need a good menu, so that the customer sits down and decides what coffee he wants. You could also sell custom-made coffee mugs, and coffee by the pack to bring home. If you make it big like Starbucks from my suggestions, send me a coffee shop gift card.
One last thought I just had before submitting my suggestion is, there should be coffee shops that offer varieties of teas as well. There are a lot of tea drinkers out there.
Also, you should consider cold coffee and cold tea for the warm seasons.
A kid camp– that's so cute. Rent the movie "The Babysitter's Club" as this is what 5 girl friends did one summer, because the movie can inspire plenty of ideas of how to run that kind of business.
Also, if I were you, I'd go through my room and see what kinds of things I don't use anymore and sell them on Ebay- old CDs, books, clothes (such as jeans that don't fit anymore), video games, movies, toys, etc. Also, you can sell your last-season clothes to Plato's Closet if there is a location in your area.
You could also learn how to make something crafty like bracelets, necklaces, headbands, etc. and sell them to people you know or online. Check out the Craftster website I've attached, they have many cool ideas- not lame "granny crafts."
thanks for stopping by and commenting brother. I appreciate the opportunity to be in business with a man with your integrity and I look forward to your continued success.
There are things you could do. I've tried a lot of ways over the years and only one has worked for me. I don't have to stock an inventory so just know you don't have to sell product. As far as the money, some things cost very little and come with a money back guarantee so just research your company and don't give too much up front unless you can try out the business and get your money back easily. Something like that would be ideal for you so you don't have to spend a lot of time on it to make money and you will have more time for your studies. Jennifer

Marketing, advertising and selling consumer merchandise or services through traditional stores, direct mail catalogs and e-commerce web sites should be quite simple: “Understand the consumer wants, let them know they need it, make it available and sell it at a profit.” This philosophy use to work very well but the current market is more complex. – from Metwell Management Consultants
