Rent the movie "The Babysitter's Club" as this is what 5 girl friends did one summer, because the movie can inspire plenty of ideas of how to run that kind of business. Also, if I were you, I'd go through my room and see what kinds of things I don't use anymore and sell them on Ebay- old CDs, books, clothes (such as jeans that don't fit anymore), video games, movies, toys, etc. Also, you can sell your last-season clothes to Plato's Closet if there is a location in your area. You could also learn how to make something crafty like bracelets, necklaces, headbands, etc. and sell them to people you know or online.
